Your Invitations
A.S.A.P. (A Social Address Program) Is a powerful envelope addressing and list management program with many easy-to-use time saving features. An alphabetized button bar at the top of the screen allows you to look up a specific name quickly from a long list. Or, with the click of the mouse, sort the address files by name, zip code, city or state. You can quickly select specific address files to print from a large master list without having to create a sublist. |
The names and addresses of the people on a guest list can be formatted to appear in the center, to the left or to the right of the front of the envelope. You choose the color and type size of the font in which the addresses will be printed. Then load the blank envelopes into the printer feeder and start printing them in beautiful color, automatically.
When you format an envelope, you can put the senderís name and return address on the back flap. You can use the same type style that you have used for the address on the front of the envelope or use a different typestyle, size and color. The return address will be printed on the back flap of each envelope as the sending address is being printed on the front. One pass! For response cards, you can print the hostís name and address on the front of the envelope with the guestís name and address on the back flap.

Will automatically create an inner envelope with the guestís name. Input data once into the outer envelope address and have the ability to print properly formatted inner envelopes without any retyping.
Another great time saving feature. Choose Mr. And Mrs., Dr. and Mrs., Miss, or Ms. From the salutation bar and your choice will automatically be entered into the address card.

Enter an addresseeís zip code into the on screen address card, click the Zip Lookup box andÖPresto! The city and state will accurately be entered into the appropriate spaces. Misspellings and typos of unusual or unfamiliar city names become a thing of the past. You can choose to have state names spelled out or abbreviated to match postal standards. Another feature that saves typing time and provide consistency.
Allows you to
import and use lists from other word-processing and database programs. You can easily copy a customer's mailing list that they have
prepared for you in ASCII format from their disk into Your Invitations.
You then select the type style and color you want the names and addresses to appear in on the envelopes. No retyping, less chance of errors, and more time saved!
In addition to printing an address list for your customer to proofread, you can also print a preformatted alphabetized list of the guest's names and addresses. The Register is structured to include check off and notation columns that the hostess will find very useful. She can use this handy aide to help keep track of acceptances and regrets, gifts received, thank you notes sent and special comments (Aunt Cyndi is coming too!).

By selecting this option, a transparent sheet of premarked measurements will be placed over the design you are formatting. You can easily see where to make font size changes and spacing adjustments.
You can view text you have entered into a card up to 200% for precise editing, especially useful when using a flowery or small script. In fact, we have programmed the zoom feature to work automatically when creating an envelope return address.
"Your Invitations" gives you access to foreign characters without the cost of buying a special font package. These characters already have accents positioned properly with the letter for you.
